How to install artificial grass?
1. Draw the clear outline of the pitch as per the dimension Specified in the installation drawing.
2. The drawn lines must be clear and obvious, size tolerance ranging less
than 10mm.
3. It's most crucial to figure out precisely the central point of the whole
pitch.
4. Ensuring one edge of the turf roll can cover the outside edge of the pitch.
5. Unroll the turf roll towards the other side of the pitch.
6. Then straighten and well align the unrolled turf. Keep it for 24 hours under the sunshine.
7. The overlapping parts in the edges of two adjacent turf rolls need to be cut off.
8. Use the cutter to cut off the side material from the outside edge of grass yarn in one turf roll.
9. Special-use Glue for artificial turf Evenly fold upward the neatly trimmed edges of both turfs by 20-30cm.
10. Prepare 30cm wide joint tape and place it between the adjacent turfs.
11. Coat proper volume of matched glue at the back of turf and on the
surface of joint tape.
12. When it's sticky enough, Cover the turf onto the joint tape.
13. Use the special-use tool “Line Cutter” to cut off the position for
functional lines.
14. Join the pre-cut white functional lines and green grass with joint tape.
15. Installation technique is the same as seaming connection of green grass.
